If you can't see your question below, do a search. Most likely it'll be in there. If you still can't find it, open a new ticket above. We take up to two days to reply at the moment.

If you send questions which are already in the FAQ, we're just going to send you a link to the answer in the FAQ, and you'll have waited a couple of days. Be our friend: search first, ask questions later.

If you really can't find out what's up, open a new help ticket and we'll get you sorted. Each request gets an email response with a ticket number and a link you can use to check up on the progress and responses online.
